The location of this motel is fantastic, right by the waterfront in a peaceful area. I would recommend getting a king room with a comfortable bed for a cozy stay. I would suggest this motel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience.

Also, location was favourable and magnificent, not very far from Temptations by the Water. I was offered a room with lovely views over gardens relaxing. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I slept well.

Everyone was efficient and excellent as well as owner. Remote location so close to the the waters edge, a residential area and beautiful grounds, it was in a nice quiet area. Also, it was 5 min drive from Tin Can Bay Marina. Loved my time at the hotel, thanks.

our room was not only newly furnished, but also large with great shower pressure and kitchenette and comfy bed. the folks working here were really friendly. the location was particularly good, just a short walk away from temptations by the water.

The weather was cold and rainy when we were there.It was great to have a comfy bed and warm efficient reverse cycle air-con.Great touch to have choccies and chocolate biscuits in the fridge.Just the thing on a cold night to go with your coffee! Would like to come back in great weather.

The room was very confortable and clean. The girl at the reception very kind and nice, she came to pick up us in Rainbow Beach 'cause there were no buses in the afternoon...This is a very good location to go for seeing dolphins for breakfast!!! Very nice!!

Small town atmosphere, good quality sheets and pillows and blanket
No smoke alarms in room, no where to hang towels apart from one small rail, no where to hang clothes in bathroom, bathroom door had no bottom rail so swung alarmingly, only one bedside table and light, large table had rattan top so very unsteady to put plates or glasses on. No where to put luggage except floor or spare bed. Staffdid not have time to tell us about town features as still cleaning rooms at 2.00pm
